The steps was clear, and I got the rose planted without any trouble. Everything went in fine.

The plants thankfully made it okay, but the box showed up crushed. Not sure what happened along the way, but it definitely looked like someone wasn’t being too gentle with it.

I ordered a few roses from heirloomroses.com, and I was kind of surprised by how well they did. Usually by mid-summer I’m already seeing black spot or mildew on my older roses, and then I start thinking about spraying and all that… but these stayed clean the whole season. I barely had to spray them at all, which was such a nice change. Really happy I got them

Checkout was quick and easy. I’m guessing they’ve put some effort into making the process smoother, because I didn’t run into any delays or confusing steps...

One of my roses arrived looking rough, and unfortunately it didn’t make it. I was a little disappointed since roses always remind me of the ones my mom used to grow, so I was really hoping it would take off. I sent over a few pictures, and they got back to me within a couple of days without making it a big hassle. They offered to replace it, but since that one was out of stock, they refunded me instead. Not a perfect experience, but I felt like they handled it fairly

I’ve ordered from Heirloom Roses a few times now, i had a good feeling after the first order. I was a little nervous about buying named roses online because you never really know if they’ll match what’s shown, but so far every variety has been exactly right. The blooms looked like the photos, and even the color and shape matched what I had expected. It just felt like they knew what they were doing. I’m really happy with how accurate everything has been.

The rose showed up healthy enough, so that’s good, but I was surprised by how small it was. I don’t know why, but I guess I pictured something a little more filled out for the price. I’m still going to plant it and hope it grows well, but opening the box was a bit disappointing.

I’ve been really happy with this rose so far. It started growing quickly for me, and the blooms have been even nicer than I expected. They’re bigger than I thought they’d be, and after the first flush, it kept putting out plenty more. The color has stayed strong too, which I really appreciate. Based on how it’s performed in my garden, I’d definitely say it’s been a great choice.

I got the order emails and the shipping notice, and nothing felt confusing. The tracking info was easy to find too, which was nice. I do think a bit more detail on the timing would help, help a little, but overall it was clear and helpful

My rose arrived right on schedule, but it looked tired when I opened the box. A couple of the leaves were yellow and one of the stems was bent, so I was a bit worried at first :/ The roots seemed fine though, and after a few days of watering it started to perk up :) Not a terrible experience, I just expected it to look a little healthier right out of the box.

I’d been looking everywhere for this rare old rose cultivar and literally couldn’t find it anywhere else. The plant showed up in good shape, and I’m happy with the whole experience.

I was a little nervous about ordering roses because it gets seriously hot here in the summer and I wasn’t sure they’d make it, but the info on the site made it easier to figure out which ones could handle the heat and so far they’re growing really well in my yard, so I’m happy with how it all turned out.

The flowers looked good but the smell just wasn’t really there. I was expecting more fragrance, so that was kinda disappointing.

Shipping was slower than I hoped, but the rose showed up healthy and nicely packed, so I can’t really complain too much. Customer service did answer my question too, just not super quickly. I’d probably order again, but maybe not if I needed something by a specific date, if that makes sense.

I didn’t expect to find so many roses on Heirloom Roses. I only went on there looking for one climbing rose, and next thing I knew I had saved around eight different options. They had old garden roses, shrubs, climbers, fragrant varieties, and a bunch I hadn’t even considered.
The filters made it a lot easier to sort through everything, because the selection is definitely big. It took me a while to decide, but that’s not really a complaint. I actually appreciate seeing a site offer more than the same basic roses everyone else sells, it feels like they care about giving gardeners real choices instead of just pushing whatever is easiest to stock...

My order from Heirloom Roses showed up complete, which I really appreciated. I had a few plants in the box and all the tags and info were included too. One of the boxes was sorta beat up when it arrived, but thankfully the roses were totally fine. Overall I’m happy with it, I just wish the packing had been a little tighter.

Customer service did get back to me and sorted out my question, so I’ll give them that. But it took a few days, and I had to follow up once before anything really happened. It makes me a little unsure about the overall quality of their support if something more urgent came up...

I usually assume plant care pages are going to be confusing or way too detailed, but theirs were surprisingly easy to follow. The rose pruning and watering tips made sense right away, and after sticking with them for a bit, my roses look a lot healthier.
